What is cafealty?
cafealty is a customer engagement platform for food businesses. It turns the wait for an order into digital loyalty, rewards and short games, so guests leave with a reason to come back.
How does cafealty work?
A guest scans a code or enters it after ordering. They either play a short game or take their points immediately. Points accumulate on the rules you set, and your staff confirm rewards at the counter.
Does it require POS integration?
No. cafealty runs alongside whatever till you already use. Your staff enter the visit in a browser, so nothing needs to be connected or replaced.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Everything runs in the phone's browser. Guests who want to can add your branded experience to their home screen, but nothing requires an app store.
Which businesses is it designed for?
Any food business where guests wait between ordering and being served: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, dessert shops, bubble tea and juice bars, fast casual and food courts.
Can I customise rewards and branding?
Yes. Your logo, colours, typography, reward catalogue and loyalty rules are all yours to set, and you can change them without our help.
How do loyalty points work?
You decide how points are earned and what they are worth. Balances are held in an append-only ledger, so a guest's points and your reports always agree.
Can I switch the games off and use loyalty only?
Yes. Loyalty and rewards work on their own, and there is a plan for exactly that. Guests who prefer to skip a game can take their points straight away.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are ready the same day. We create your café, you set your loyalty rules and rewards, and your staff sign in and start.
Is customer data secure?
Each business is isolated from every other, sign-in is separate for guests, staff and owners, and administrative actions are recorded. Guests are identified by phone number rather than by anything you have to store yourself.
